ဓမ္မလမ်းကြောင်းမှာလျှောက်လှမ်းပါ

      ဆရာတော်ဘုရားကြီး

*လောကမှာဓမ္မနဲ့အဓမ္မဆိုပြီးတော့လမ်းကြောင်းနှစ်ခုကိုမြတ်စွာဘုရားရှင်ကဟောကြားတော်မူခဲ့ပါတယ်။

The Lord Buddha preached about the two paths: Dhamma and Adhamma in the world.

*လောကမှာအောင်မြင်ချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ဓမ္မဆိုတဲ့သုတ္တန် ဝိနည်း အဘိဓမ္မာလမ်းကြောင်းအတိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

If you wish to have success in the world, you need to be able to carry out in line with the path of Dhamma like discourses, disciplinary rules and Abhidhamma Pitaka(the basket of the Buddha's "higher" or "special" doctrine).

*အဓမ္မဆိုတဲ့မသမာမှုတွေကိုလည်းရှောင်ရှားတတ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

You also have to be able to shun unfair actions known as Adhamma.

*အဲဒီလိုဓမ္မဆိုတဲ့လမ်းကြောင်းပေါ်ကနေသွားတဲ့အပိုင်းမှာတစ်ဦးနဲ့တစ်ဦး

ကာယကံမတ်ေတာ

ဝစီကံ‌မတ်ေတာ

မနောကံမေတ္တာရှိဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

When you go on the path of Dhamma like that, you need to have bodily lovingkindness, verbal lovingkindness and mental

lovingkindness for one another.

*တစ်ဦးကိုတစ်ဦးချစ်ခင်တဲ့မျက်လုံးနဲ့ကြည့်တတ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

You need to be able to look at each other with affectionate eyes.

*ကြင်နာသနားတတ်တဲ့ကရုဏာမျက်လုံးနဲ့လည်းကြည့်တတ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

You, too, need to be able to take a look with kindly compassionate eyes.

 

*တစ်ဦးရဲ့ကြိုးပမ်းမှုကိုတစ်ဦးကဝမ်းမြောက်တဲ့မုဒိတာမျက်လုံးနဲ့ကြည့်တတ်ဖို့လည်းလိုပါတယ်။

You also need to be able to have a look at one another's endeavours with glad mudita(sympathetic joy) eyes.

*တစ်ဦးရဲ့ကံကြမ္မာကိုတစ်ဦးကနားလည်တဲ့ဥပေက္ခာဗြဟ္မစိုရ်မျက်လုံးနဲ့ကြည့်တတ်ဖို့လည်းလိုပါတယ်။

You need to manage to look at one another's destiny with understanding equanimous eyes as well.
